If you need to cancel please give us as much notice as you are able to (24 hours or more if you can) and we will do the same for you.  The decision to ask for compensation for a missed appointment is at the discretion of the therapist and will be based on the many facets of the situation.  A therapist may also choose not to re-book a client in the case of a missed appointment.
